GENERAL INFORMATION

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO FLUCTUATION OF TARIFFS

TERMS: Net 20 days subject to credit approval. All first-time orders require a 50% deposit prior to production. Payment is due 20 days from date of invoice. Overdue balances will bear interest at a rate of 1½% per month. Past due accounts will not be shipped until account is current. WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.

SHIPPING: All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Orders will normally be shipped via UPS ground unless specified otherwise. UPS now bases charges upon dimensional weight or actual weight whichever is greater.

PRODUCTION: Normal production time is 2-3 weeks from receipt of written, faxed or emailed order. Rush delivery may be available upon request. Customer must authorize overnight or second day shipping charges if required.

ARTWORK: Clean black and white camera-ready artwork should accompany your initial order. Unacceptable art may be subject to additional art charge. Artwork may be emailed in PC format as JPEG, TIF, EPS or Al.

CLAIMS & RETURNS: All claims must be made with shipper. Title of goods passes to buyer at FOB point. We are not responsible for claims made after 1O days of receipt. All packages must be opened immediately after receipt and inspected for damage. If damage is found, factory must be notified immediately. You must save original damaged cartons and packaging for possible inspection by carrier. No returns will be accepted without prior approval by JBA AWARDS. Please call for RA number before returning goods.

DIGITAL PROOFS: A digital proof will be supplied without charge and can be changed once without charge. Additional digital proofs with changes may incur charges. All proofs must be approved in writing.

ORDERING: When mailing, faxing or emailing orders, please be sure to specify color or size when required. If engraving or etching is required, please write copy clearly. We do not accept responsibility unless order is in writing.
